Using Skates to Protect Your Car

When a car cannot roll freely, dragging it onto a recovery truck can cause serious damage to tyres, wheels, brakes or the drivetrain.

To prevent this, we use specialist vehicle skates. These heavy-duty skates are placed under the wheels of the vehicle, allowing it to roll smoothly even when the wheels are locked or the gearbox is stuck in park.

Using skates allows us to:

• Move immobilised vehicles safely

• Prevent damage to tyres and suspension

• Protect low-performance cars from scraping

• Recover vehicles from tight spaces

• Load cars smoothly onto recovery trucks
